I don’t know about you, but I’ve had a very stressful week. Okay, a stressful month. According to the American Psychological Association, 54% of Americans are concerned about the level of stress in their lives. That tells me there’s a good chance many of you are in the same boat–feeling on edge, overwhelmed, fatigued, plagued by headaches and insomnia–these are all some of the symptoms of stress and borderline burnout.
If you’re like me, there isn’t a lot you can do to get the causes out of your life. Can’t dump the job, the relatives, or thumb your nose at your responsibilities, right? So, where does that leave us, besides self-medicating with potato chips?
Below are some simple solutions to explore that might help bring your stress levels down. If you know of others, please post! I would love to feel less stressed. How about you?
